Day 01: Havana
Arrival in Havana and transfer to your private accommodation in the city.
Day 02: Havana
Your Spanish teacher will pick you up in the morning for the first lessons, until it is time for lunch. In the afternoon you will do a tour through the Oldtown of Havana. The evening is at your own disposal.
Day 03: Havana
Breakfast and Spanish lessons. After lunch you can visit the Museum of the Revolution or the Fine Arts Museum. After that, you can go for a walk down the Malecon.
Day 04: Havana - Viñales
After breakfast you will be leaving Havana for Vinales. The Spanish lessons will take place en route today. After arriving in Vinales and checking in to your casa particular, you will tour the small city.
Day 05: Viñales
Along with your teacher you will hike the Vinales Valley today and see the "mogotes" rocks and visit the higher parts of the valley. During the hike you can learn about cultivating tobacco. the rest of the day is at your disposal.
Day 06: Viñales
Today you may choose one of the following programs:
- Parque Nacional La Güira & Cueva de los Portales: This cave was the headquarter of the armed forces under Che Guevara during the 1963 missile crisis
- Cayo Jutías: a small, but fine beach at the northern shore
- Cueva de Santo Tomás & Canopy: Climbing one of Latin America's biggest caves and a canopy tour
Day 07: Viñales – Santa Clara
After breakfast you will head to Santa Clara. After chek in to your private accommodation you will visit the memorial of Che Guevara and his fellow warriors. In the evening, you will have some Spanish lessons in the nice Parque Vidal, the central place of the city.
Day 08: Santa Clara
The forenoon is all about learning Spanish, while in the afternoon you will visit „tren blindado“, a memorial site to the turning point of the revolutionary war.
Day 09: Santa Clara - Trinidad
Trinidad is one of the oldest cities in Cuba, and World Cultural Heritage Site. In the evening you will visit the Casa de la Trova and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.
Day 10: Trinidad
After the breakfast you will do an excursion to the Valley of the Sugar Mills „Valle de los Ingenios“. Back in Trinidad, there is enough time to visit one or two museums.
Day 11: End of the traveling Spanish course
Today your Spanish course ends here in Trinidad, but you may continue your journey: you may spend a couple of days at the beach Playa Ancón, for instance.
If you want, you can also return to Havana with your teacher.

If the tour is undertaken in overland buses rather than in a car, the itinerary switches in such a way that from Vinales you will go to Trinidad first and then go to Santa Clara afterwards - the tour will then end in Santa Clara.
